'Toward a Low Carbon Wrexham’ Environmental Event Thursday 28th January 2010 (11/1/2010) 'Toward a Low Carbon Wrexham’ Environmental Event Thursday 28th January 2010


Wrexham Sustainability Forum supported by Groundwork Wrexham & Flintshire are holding a Green Networking Event called "Toward a Low Carbon Wrexham". This event will be aimed at community groups and people who want to network to share ideas and initiatives and all are welcome.

The event which is free will take place on Thursday 28th January 2010 between 6 – 9 pm at Glyndwr University at the main foyer.

Guest Speakers at the event include Professor Roy Alexander from the Ashton Hayes Carbon Neutral Village initiative, Michael Roberts from Llangollen Hydro Community Project and Jude Wright from Garth Hillside Organic Garden.

There will be other presentations, demonstrations and information stalls during the evening and light refreshments will also be available.
