Y diben yw cael cymunedau cynaliadwy trwy weithredu amgylcheddol ar y cyd. Yr ydym wedi bod yn weithredol yng Nghymru ers dros ugain mlynedd, gan wau ynghyd raglenni amgylcheddol, cymdeithasol ac economaidd mewn agwedd holistig at adfywio.
